Pick the operator and the site, and your pay fills in from the rate they set. Add photo/video if you sold it. That is the whole entry — done before you have packed the wing.

Good to know.
Can my operator see my earnings?+
No. Your logbook and your money are private. The operator keeps their own record of the day; yours is separate and they cannot read it.
I fly for three operators. Does that work?+
That is the normal case. Add each operator with their own rate, and your statistics split by operator so you can see who actually gives you the most work.
Do I have to pay?+
Not if any operator you fly for is on a TandemHQ plan — their plan covers you, with nothing missing. Paid pilot plans are for pilots flying independently.
What if my operator is not on TandemHQ?+
You can still keep your own logbook, earnings, documents and invoices on a pilot plan. Open shifts are the one thing that needs the operator to be on it too.
Can I invoice from it?+
Yes. Your logged flights become a monthly invoice in your own or your company’s name, with a UPN QR code so the operator pays by scanning it.
What happens when the trial ends?+
You keep reading and exporting your logbook forever. Your flights are yours — a lapsed plan stops you adding new ones, it never locks up the old ones.
