For commercial tandem operations
Close the day in a minute, not in the evening.
Who flew, what each of them earned, who is legal to fly tomorrow — one app instead of a notebook, a group chat and a spreadsheet you rebuild every night.
3 days free, then it renews · no per-seat fee on your plan.
- ✓Unlimited pilots on every plan
- ✓Works with pilots who have no account
- ✓Your data exportable, always

The problem
Your season runs on paper, WhatsApp and a shoebox of receipts.
Who flew what?
At the end of the day you rebuild the manifest from memory and a group chat. Flights go missing, and the ones that go missing are the ones nobody invoices.
Who gets paid what?
Every pilot is on a different rate, and half the flights carry an agency cut or a photo/video extra. Working payouts out by hand takes an evening and still gets argued about.
Who is legal to fly?
Licences, insurance and reserve repacks expire quietly. You find out on the morning you are already short a pilot — or worse, after the flight.
How it works
Three taps at the end of the day.
You keep your own book of the day. Each pilot keeps theirs. The only things that cross between them are the ones that have to — an open shift, a rate.
Log the whole day at once.
Tap the pilots who flew, hit + for each flight, and the money adds itself up. Every flight can carry its own price and a tag — the agency that sent it, a photo/video sale — so the day total is the real one.

Keep the whole roster, accounts or not.
Pilots with a TandemHQ account link to you. Pilots without one you add by name and rate in five seconds. Both show up on the day sheet, and the app counts down every licence, insurance and repack before it lapses.

Broadcast the gap, first to claim wins.
Saturday needs one more pilot. Broadcast the shift to your roster instead of ringing round: everyone gets a push, the first to claim it gets it, and nobody can double-book because the claim is atomic.

See what the season actually made.
Revenue by day, by pilot and by source — so you can see what the agencies really bring in against direct bookings, and hand your accountant a report instead of a shoebox.

Two private books
Nobody reads anybody else’s numbers.
An operator keeps their record of the day. Every pilot keeps their own logbook. The only things that cross the line are the ones that have to — a shift on offer, a rate, a claim.
Your book
- ✓The whole day: who flew, how many, at what price
- ✓Agency cuts and photo/video, per flight
- ✓Season revenue by pilot, by day, by source
- ✓What you owe each pilot
Their book — you cannot see it
- ✕Flights they logged for other operators
- ✕What they earn elsewhere
- ✕Their own equipment and documents
- ✕Their personal notes
This is why pilots actually use it: the app is theirs too, not a reporting tool pointed at them.
Everything in one place
Run the operation from your pocket.
Booking intake
Log the bookings that come in by phone, mail or agency: passenger, count, time, package and price agreed. They sit on the day you are about to fly, ready to copy into the log.
Roster & compliance
Linked pilots and manual names side by side, with a live count of who is about to fly on an expired document.
Season statistics
Revenue by day, by pilot, by source. What the season made, without a single spreadsheet.
Shift broadcasts
Assign a pilot directly, or throw an open shift to the roster and let the first one to claim it take it.
Invoicing
Turn a pilot’s flights into a clean monthly invoice, with a UPN QR code the payer scans straight into their banking app.
Document reminders
Insurance, medical, reserve repack — the app counts down and warns you well before anything lapses.
Pricing
One price for the operation. No seats to count.
Your plan covers your whole operation however many pilots fly for you — the day log, the roster, the shift broadcasts, the bookings. There is no per-seat fee on top of it. Each pilot keeps their own account for their own book.

One price, however big the roster.
No per-seat fee and no add-ons: your plan is priced for the operation, not for how many pilots fly for you. Add a pilot by name and rate and they are on your day sheet in seconds, account or not. Their own logbook, earnings and invoices are theirs — a separate book, on their own account.
- ✓Unlimited pilots on the roster
- ✓No per-seat fee
- ✓Pilots without an account included
Flying solo, without an operator?
If you fly for an operator on TandemHQ, their plan already covers you and you never pay. These are for pilots going it alone.
Questions
Good to know.
Do my pilots have to pay too?+
Your plan buys your operation — the day log, the roster, the shift broadcasts — and there is no per-seat fee on top of it. Each pilot keeps their own account for their own book: their logbook, earnings, invoices and documents are theirs, not yours, and they subscribe to that themselves. You pay for the operation. They pay for their book.
Can I add a pilot who has no account?+
Yes, and most operators start that way. Add them as a name with a rate and they appear in your roster and on your day sheets immediately. If they sign up later, nothing you already logged is lost.
Can my pilots see my numbers?+
No. Your day sheet and each pilot’s logbook are separate books. A pilot sees the shifts you give them and their own earnings — never your day total, your agency prices or what you pay anyone else.
Does it work with Google or Apple Calendar?+
Each pilot can subscribe to their own shifts from Settings, and their calendar keeps itself up to date. It flows one way — TandemHQ into the calendar. We do not offer two-way sync.
What happens when the trial ends?+
You keep reading and exporting everything, forever — your season is never held hostage. Adding new entries is what needs a plan.
We are mid-season. Is it worth starting now?+
Starting mid-season is normal — you can back-date and enter days you have already flown, so the season still adds up at the end of it.
